THEN press the click email form NOW Button
and completed form will be Emailed to Actipro.

First click on name input box and then enter name information. 
Once data entered then Pressing Tab key will quickly move Mouse Icon down the list.
Click on required Product box (left mouse button) then move icon using mouse, to the
colour and/or quantity box(es), once these are completed
then either continue to Tab to next item(s) or wheel Mouse directly to Form bottom and
click click email form NOW button to Email form to Actipro.

At bottom page is a RESET button which clears the Form, allowing you to re-enter data.
